Philip Chapman is moderating and presenting an all day seminar entitled "Sellers and Buyers Beware, a Guide to Selling and Buying a New Jersey Business".
The Seminar, which will be held in East Brunswick, New Jersey, is under the auspices of Lorman Education Services and is designed for owners, potential purchasers, accountants, attorneys and business brokers.
